The Cité de la Solidarité Internationale, in partnership with Annemasse – Les Voirons Tourisme, handles the reservation and the following,of:
- Rooms and equipment (on a case by case basis, Annemasse Agglo can offer preferential rates on the hire of fully-equipped meeting rooms);
- Accommodation (hotel, B&B, etc.) and catering (restaurant, caterers, etc.);
- Transport and cultural activities.
The IO / NGO is responsible for the cost of the event.
