Atelier doctoral : le Droit international Humanitaire / International Humanitarian Law

Socle essentiel de la Solidarité Internationale, cadre sécuritaire des ONG engagées et des populations civiles… qu’en est-il ?

La Cité de la Solidarité Internationale (CSI) organise, dans le cadre de son programme COGIT, un atelier doctoral interactif dédié au Droit international humanitaire. Cet atelier offre aux doctorants un espace privilégié pour présenter leurs recherches devant un jury de professionnels du secteur humanitaire et de la solidarité internationale.

Plusieurs doctorants viendront exposer leurs travaux, suivis d’un temps de questions-réponses qui permettra d’échanger avec des experts et de lier théorie et pratique sur le terrain. Entre chaque présentation, l’équipe de la CSI animera les transitions et facilitera les échanges.

Objectifs de l’atelier :

• Abolir la frontière entre recherche et terrain
• Mettre en lumière des recherches innovantes et leur applicabilité dans des projets concrets.
• Favoriser le mentorat et les échanges entre chercheurs et praticiens.
• Contribuer à des solutions concrètes face aux enjeux globaux du droit humanitaire et de la solidarité internationale.

Pour qui :

• Doctorants quelque soit l’UFR, travaillant sur des thématiques liées au droit international, à l’humanitaire et à la solidarité internationale quelque soit leur niveau d’avancement.
• Professionnels souhaitant participer en tant que membres du jury et partager leur expertise.

Informations pratiques :

Les travaux de recherche peuvent être présenter en anglais ou en français.

The Cité de la Solidarité Internationale (CSI), as part of its COGIT programme, is organizing an interactive doctoral workshop dedicated to International Humanitarian Law. This workshop offers PhD candidates a unique opportunity to present their research before a panel of professionals from the humanitarian and international solidarity sectors.

Several doctoral students will present their work, followed by a Q&A session designed to foster dialogue with experts and bridge the gap between academic research and field practice. Between each presentation, the CSI team will moderate transitions and facilitate discussions.

• Showcase innovative research and its practical applications in real-world projects.
• Encourage mentorship and exchanges between researchers and practitioners.
• Contribute to concrete solutions addressing global challenges in humanitarian law and international solidarity.

Who is it for?

• PhD candidates working on topics related to international law, humanitarian action, and international solidarity regardless of the academic department to which it belongs
• Professionals interested in joining the jury panel and sharing their expertise.
